Speaking to guests
Always smile and welcome the guests to the establishment.
Always offer the customer a receipt for their paid entry or give them a stamp on the wrist so they can re-enter the establishment later on.
Too intoxicated customer?
The security will deny anyone who is too intoxicated. It is not your job to tell people they can or cannot enter the establishment.
If a customer is acting aggressively towards you, find a security guard for assistance.
In every restaurant/bar/nightclub, they have clothes with different colors, the color represents what the cloth is used for.
Blue - Clean zone
Red - Dirty zone
