It’s important to turn up for the shifts you are hired for. If you fail to do so, we may have to suspend your account.

To make our cancellation policy as simple as possible, we operate with a 3 cancellation policy. As soon as you reach three cancellations, your account will be suspended.

Businesses can at anytime see the cancellations you have made in your profile.

If you let the business know you are unable to make your shift more than 48 hours before your shift is due to start, you will not receive any cancellations.

  • Cancelling between 48 and 6 hours before a shift = 1 cancellation.

If you let the business know you are unable to make your shift less than 6 hours before your shift is due to start, you will receive two strikes.

  • Cancelling less than 6 hours before a shift = 2 cancellations

To remove a cancellation, you need to complete 3 shifts with an average rating of above 4 stars. 

When you reach three cancellations, your account will be suspended and you will have 5 days to submit an appeal to [email protected]

If you do not show up at a job and fail to notify the business, we will instantly suspend your account and you will have 5 days to submit an appeal to [email protected]
