If you can't make it to a confirmed shift then you need to reach out to your employer to cancel as soon as possible - and this via the app. You have already signed a work agreement/contract and the employer is expecting your presence. Note, that if you cancel before 48 hours then the shift automatically cancels.


1. Open the app

2. Go to "My Jobs" at the bottom left
3. Click on the shift it's regarding
4. Scroll all the way down to "Cancel shift"

5. Add in a polite text explaining your reason
6. "Send request"

Now, you wait for the employer to accept your cancellation request.

NB: the employer may reject your request and you may face repercussions if you do not follow through with the assignment/shift.
